” I Can Get High Every Day, So Why Do I Feel So Low?”

I Finally Quit Weed For Good and Got My Life Back.

So Can You!

Are you fed up with your life revolving around marijuana?

Do you want to quit weed for good?

Then let me tell you that I know exactly how you feel and it is not nice. If you are really ready, even desperate to quit smoking marijuana you are already half way there. The next step is to simply do something about it.

Okay maybe I made it sound a little easier than it is but do you even know how easy or difficult it is to quit weed. I bet if you are a heavy smoker you know lots about THC, strains, strengths even growing marijuana but how much do you know about quitting weed?

I smoked for over 20 years and when I finally quit I was over the worst of it in a week or so. In fact it was only really hard for the first 3 days and I promise you that’s the truth.

See how I finally quit weed.

Before I go on let me tell you where I stand on the great marijuana debate and why I built this blog.

Legalization Of Cannabis

I’m all for it. I realize that makes me sound a bit of a hypocrite but the fact is that there are worse drugs that are legal now. Tobacco fills our hospitals and kills thousands every year. Alcohol does the same and many innocent people are killed and injured by violent drunken attackers. The average pot smoker is more likely to buy you some flowers than attack you. At worst you may find that your toker friend eats the entire contents of your fridge.

I could go on for ever and I’ll probably do a post on the subject later. For now though I’ll just say that I’m not anti weed. For many though, weed is a problem. I was one of those people and this blog is for simply for people who want to quit weed.

The Blog

The aim is to create a blog for people who are trying to quit weed where you can get helpful information, as well as give and get advice and support. The aim is not to get into the great cannabis debate because I know that cannabis has some benefits.

If you are trying to quit weed and you would like to ask a question or offer a tip or some support please take the time to leave a comment. All comments are published manually so no spam please.

How I Quit Weed

I don’t know exactly how many times I tried to quit smoking weed. When I smoked it I had trouble remembering what I was talking about mid sentence. I guess it would be around 40 – 60 times.

The worse thing for me was that a couple of times when I was younger I gave up weed for several months. One problem with quitting weed is you think that you can control it and start again casually. I think you probably know the rest.

I believe that when I finally quit smoking weed for good it was simply because I approached it with a different attitude. I tried a self help book and one or two other things and I think that they started the change in my mental approach.

I finally quit with a program that I found online but before you rush off and buy it let me explain something. The Cannabis Coach helped me to quit weed but it is no miracle cure. I can’t deny that it helped me a lot but I really wanted to quit. At the end of the day I quit and only I could quit.

What worked for me may not work for you.

Although The Cannabis Coach gave me direction, support and reinforced my efforts it was me who quit weed. Although it made withdrawal easier I still went through withdrawal. The Cannabis Coach will help but it is not a miracle solution.
